I need to find open water for testing

Can anyone let me know if they know of any open water areas in MN, WI, Or IA that we can test several new boat models in the next week or two?

Mississippi River Pool 4, You could launch out of Everets resort near Redwing Mn.

I'm stationed in Knoxville, IA right now. Pool 4 is much closer, but the Des Moines is wide open below the Red Rock Dam for several miles downstream.
