I had one about 5 years ago. Mine looked like a weber kettle grill except it was gas. It lasted about two years before rust took over all the cooking grills. Get stainless if you can. Most webers are stainless cooking grills and they last forever. If the cooking grills get too dirty you can toss them into a self cleaning oven to clean them.

They really aren't much. Any reviews I have ever seen have been fairly negative. I used a Brinkmann smoker for a while. You DO get what you pay for. Personally, I'd get a Weber. And NO....the look alikes are NOT the same. It has something to do with the radius of the dome first of all, and secondly, the quality of the metal and the rest of the cooker. They last a long time and replacement parts are a mouse click away.

I've got a Brinkman gas grill and am fairly satisfied with it. It had all the features I was looking for (e.g. cast iron burner, ceramic grids, side burner, etc.).

I added a cast iron smoker box and it has worked great.

The only issue I've had with it is the plastic wheel broke off when I was moving it across the lawn. Other than that, it has been a great unit.
