Bobby Bass
I like to pan fry with mushroom and onions and I add a pork chop to the pan for flavor. One of my daughters did not like venison. Also roasting in the oven with mushrooms and pineapple rings. About an hour at 325 turning once and replacing the rings on the chops, When the juice is gone the chops are done. bigdog
I fry them medium rare in a pan full of onions. Also add some worchestshire (sp?) sauce for a little flavor.
Mudcat21
Put the chops in a container and cover them with Real Maple Syrup for a few hours. Fire up your grill and put the chops on. Don't over cook them though. My wife and kids love when I cook chops this way. It creates a sweet carmel on the outside.
