Lowrance Taking Care of me

Question

Bought a Lowrance color depthfinder/GPS combo a year ago in July. (The model escapes me at the moment.) Worked great last year & the beginning of this year. In late June, right for vacation it started freaking out on me, beeping like crazy, coming on by itself, when it was shut off. I tried several things on my own with connections & wiring after calling Lowrance & getting an RMA # to send it back. Hunting season came, kind of forgot about it. I finally sent it in around the first of December explaining the problems.

Yesterday a box showed up with a new unit in it at no charge, no questions asked!

Do you think I'm a happy customer? You betcha!

Same experience here with firmware updates and talking with the techs down there in Tulsa. Turnaround time was great. The tech service is pure Tulsa, OK. I wouldn't buy any marine electronics but Lowrance after the service I've received. When I had questions about the digital methods used in my graph, a tech emailed me his direct work number to call and chat.
