efgh
A favorite at our house is walleye belly fins, cut around the belly fins and flip off the skin, use your favorite breading and fry along with the rest of the fish, when done hold the piece by the two fins and suck off the meat, real tasty morsal. gorrilla
The mercury is found in higher levels in the fat ( underneath the skin ) not in the meaty part by the pectorals these guys are describing. It feels and tastes just like cheek meat!!
iland99
Actually, mercury is found in equal levels throughout the entire fish. You're thinking of PCBs, which accumulate in the fatty portions of fish. Either way, if you eat too much fish, you will DIE!!!
