rum river state forest and carlos avery

spent 2 weeks at both these places (i have a multizone)plus bonus point

rum river didnt even see a deer sat from sun up to sun down and nothing talked to a few parties and they said they didnt see much there was a group of 8 guys that spent and camped the whole week and between all of them they had taken one doe.

went to carlos avery during the week tried a few spots pushed up a doe on one place off the washington exit area didnt shoot didnt know what was past my shooting area.

went again on a thursday arrived around 9 a.m. to they one near the wyoming exit walked down the path that is there walked all the way down to the other gate big long walk.

i talk to my dad on my cell i hang up walk to sit on a log and i see something run by not 20 feet from me i saw white so i walk and there is a medium sized doe she peeks out from the side of the bush and i let her have it. it was a long walk good thing i had a game carrier. first time i had to gut a deer did my best and did pretty good im very proud

im going to try on this last weekend for a buck with my multizone buck hopefully i can get that buck or a doe

??? is this possible since i shot a doe in area 2 can i still use my multizone buck license on area 1?

can i tag a doe with my buck license?

lcornice answered perfectly. Your multizone is only good on a buck. I assume you used your bonus permit on your doe., Congrats by the way!! Perseverance paid off Dave.

If you would like to opportunity to tag another doe you can buy another bonus permit. Its $14 and they are good immediately.
