$4.50 aint far off; there are parts of the country that are paying that already, or darn close. Oil/barrel is on its way to $150.

I heard on the radio this morning to expect $6/gallon by mid summer. It was KQ so I don't know if it's true or sarcasm, but Yikes!!!!!

While I'm here right now and the news is on GMA they said 4.50 by the 4th.A few days ago they said 5.00 by the 4th.Also it was stated soon as all the hype settles on wall street a barrel of oil should level off to around 100.00.Why do I think if it gets down to 100 a barrel we wont see the same percentage drop in gas prices????

I do believe that tha U.S. should charge the Middle East oil countries $500.00 for the wheat to bake a loaf of bread. Can they go longer without food? We supply the world with cheap food grains but get hosed over for a barrel of oil. Lets crank up the prices for our commodities.

I had a guy from dishnetwork show up in a little honda civic the other day. He had it all modded out with a home-brewed tool-box/ladder-rack combo, back seat and passenger seat completely packed with gear as well. He said he gets 2x the mileage of everyone who drives their vans. "Yeah, it's tight in there but it's worth it!"

Dude, I think I had the same guy out at my house 3years ago. Was he young, dark hair and kind of skinny? If I remember correct, the car was dark color, possibley black. He was working in the Baxter/Brainerd area at that time and got called down my way for my house. I think he might of said something about going back to the metro area back then. He told me the same thing about the other guys gas milage verses his!

He did a great job and I even gave him a tip. He had the whole car tricked out, with some neat folding ladder on top. Very nice guy!

Got to be the same dude. After I gave him a tip, he told how about calling into DN and upgrading my receiver to a HD for no extra cost in the first 3 days. How ever, he would not hook me up with free extra channels though . He said there are ways, but due to a fellow employee getting caught, he was not about to loose his job over another $20 spot

He said it is out their, but how good and how long was a big question. Never under est. the field tech If anyone knows, they know. Just have to ask, if it feels right! Usually following a tip. I always tip!

I used to do it for 4 years.... And My father in law has been doing it since the C-Band days.

The cards have long since gone by the way side over the last couple years. There are some options out there but they are becoming pretty unreliable and people hate spending hundreds for a couple weeks of free stuff.

There might be a couple out there that can do it still, but you can bet they are keeping a very very low profile.

That is exactly what he told me! He said a co-worker/field tech. was asked the same question and just mentioned a name of something. That customer turned around and informed Dish Network or his dispatcher. He got released.

Those days are long gone, but you never know.

I already was counting on that. What has been the most you've ever seen the gas price roll back? Maybe $1? Once non sportsmen start driving your Hybrids and alternative fuel driven SUVS, trucks and cars, maybe the oil speculators will calm down a bit.

Ever time oil starts to go down somebody says suppiles are low and right back up it goes. What a joke. I wish they made a car that ran on [PoorWordUsage] then we would never run out.
