Which top ten driver or drivers will get caught in the big one this Sunday?

This could be a very tough week for picks,but with the score I had last week I can only improve.

Lawdog,Gordon should have a good week because I think I just may pick someone else so he can catch back up to the rest.

My gut feeling is that Gordon and Junior will come out clean at the end of the race, and maybe Kenseth. Gordon and Junior seem to have the knack and instinct it takes to finish on these plate tracks. JJ won at Daytona, but I'm not entirely convinced that he has mastered the plate tracks like the 24 and 8.

It'll be quite a white-knuckled race for all the drivers I would think, both those in the chase and not in the chase.

My gut feeling could be wrong though....I did eat baked beans last night.

I'm pulling for Gordon, Jr., Havoc, and Johnson to get taken out when Kahne & Shrub tangle together!

I'm hoping Kenseth and Martin do endo's down the tri-oval rolling accross/over/through the cars of Hamlin, Harvick and Dale Jr. right after Burton pukes a motor and they get in his oil, all while making futile efforts to rundown the Hendrick Restrictor Plate Jugernaut!!

Well we both agree that seening Havoc get taken out is towards the top of our wish list.

It took a few years, but the Dog and I sort of agreed on something........baby steps to a feel good forum! ha ha

Dega' is going to be a wild ride and will make or break the Chase for atleast 5 drivers in it.

No,I can jinx him.For the 5 dnf's he has had,I picked him every time along with his 39th last Sunday and there was another one approx 25.

With two picks left the numbers are with me.Lawdog says,dont pick him anymore.Is it possible for me to use him 9 times and he never gets into the top 20? I am only 2 races away.

I just ordered a Jeff Gordon Voodoo car from witch craft.com.They promised it would be here by race time.

Limitout,it will cost you 200 points to jinx him as he has cost me many points in the Yahoo leaque.

I talked with boilerguy and he was talking we should get together and do some bird hunting for a day this fall and I am in for sure.

We can talk racing and before you know it you will forget all about the 24 and only talk the 8 car.

I will give you this much,Jeff does stand a very good chance to win it all.He has to get through this Sunday at Talladega as they all do.The big one could really mess things up.

With the rest of the tracks left and many being cookie-cutter tracks it will be right up his alley.

Harv that sounds fun, we'll have to try and do that after it cools off and the crops are out. The bird hunting should be insane over by Boiler's place and even North of me here. It would be incredible here too but there are so few spots available down here. The ground is just too good to let any of it sit idle. At $3500+ an acre you don't see much in CRP...

Nice job NASCAR.....changing the rules before qualifying and not allowing anyone to practice their cars with the new restrictor plate. What a circus. They should have known a long time ago that higher speeds were possible due to the repaved track and had some sort of contigency plan in place rather than just throwing a plate on the cars practically minutes before qualifying.

I don't have a problem with the decision to keep the speeds down for safety, but then there should have been another happy hour to let the teams dial in their cars rather than guessing at what the effect will be to the performance and throwing in a set of gears that don't work.
