I don't know why it would be considered baiting, well first of its not real corn. It would be like them saying that we can't use decoys either, it just wouldn't make any sense. But I guess anything can happen. A person could go one step farther and say that field hunting is not going to be aloud either because the field that one person might be hunting has food in it, which in a sense is can be considered baiting. I'm not really sure what the baiting law stats, be from hearing people ask questions about it, I think the DNR should really define the meaning of baiting a little bit better or something!
