Brian,

Let me know if you're going. I think I can go. I need a tune-up for the animal, so this would be good.

I am sure this has been discussed, but Rocky Bay is fun little game farm. The owners are very nice people and very accomodating.

Ray,

I agree Al and Val are very nice people to work with and like you said they are very accomodating. That is were I brought my pup for his first time out and Val offered to give my pup a little extra head start before our hunt began.

Like BDR, I can't make it either. Apparently my family doesn't understand my policy of "No weddings, birthdays, bar mitzvahs, or any other special events from Sept. 1 through Jan. 1 so I can meet my annual hunting quota." At least I can hunt on Thanksgiving morning, Christmas Eve day, and New Year's Eve day. wink.gif

And no, I'm not Jewish. laugh.gif

I was out getting my young setter on some birds yesterday and other than the dew soaked fields drenching me, it was a great morning.

Only a couple weeks left before the deposits have to be in. Hope to see some of the other members there.

fishnhooks,

With our dogs & our shooting skills there won't even be a grasshopper left on the property when we're done... grin.gif

Sherman's march to the sea is what comes to mind.

And if you believe that I have some swampland in Florida to sell you.

That's what I am afraid of crazy.gif

How much for the swampland? wink.gif

Now, if I was there on Sat. you guys would see birds flying all over the place... notice I said flying, not falling. tongue.gif

Would have loved to go on both days, but I don't think I can.

If you guys want you can leave some left over food with Val for us. grin.gif
