Minnehaha Creek

Recommended Posts

These are a couple of photos of Minnehaha Creek in late January of this past year. I wish I would not have had the date and time display on. Any suggestions on what I could have done to improve these pictures would be greatly appreciated wink.gif

Seems to me, though I am no expert, that the composition is very good. A nice wintery feeling. You might get more input if you actually had the photo's on this site instead of have to "work" to get to them. Keep the good work comming.

Let me post those pics for you, I took the liberty of removing the dates from the bottom right corner. I don't remember if I put them in the same order of your original post.

If you want a high quality file of these images with the dates taken off let me know. You might need to email me the original files.

The pics look nice. One thing I would suggest is maybe consider some new perspectives. Areas like this are photographed alot and most pics are straight on similar to yours. Maybe take some like you have done and then mix in a few new perspecitves, maybe closeups of some interesting ice formations, or some water rippples or just new angles. That will help your pics stand out from other landscape pictures.

AMEN TO THAT

Give me -10 over 96 in the shade any day! You can always put more clothes on but you can only take so many off and still be socialably acceptable! Take care and N Joy the Hunt././Jimbo
