H2O waypoint marker size

Does anybody know how to make the waypoints not appear so obnoxiously large on an H2O? I don't want to turn them off, just make them smaller. Thanks

I asked Lowrance about this when I got my H2O last winter. They said there is no way to change the size. I asked them to put it on their list for the next software revision. I use the H2O and the Lakemaster MN chip for finding structure but for fishing and getting back to the spot-on-the-spot, I use my Garmin Map76 which has nice small dots for icons.

Is that also the case for other Lowrance units (LCX, GlobalMap, etc)? I was playing around with an LCX-104 and when I marked a waypoint, the symbol was gigantic. I didn't tinker with it at the time to try and change it, but I definitely wouldn't want my waypoints markers to be that large on the screen.

I have found changing the symbol to the fish (or 2 fish) is smaller, and not so obvious.

That is what I do too when I remember to do it. The diamond is pretty big but there are several choices and some are better than others.
