0 broncosguy711
they are setting me up with a used motor, but am nust afraid of buying someone elses issues. the guy said he just wanted to upgrade when he traded it in, and they do a tune up on the engine, but just want to make sure as with 12 kids (9 that are not mine, but am taking up so they can enjoy fishing and the lake) at the cabin for the 4th I do not want motor issues, and I figure that will be a good break in period if something is going to go wrong it should after the kids running the boat crazy for 4 days.Broncs. 0 Hookmaster
I bought my boat there in 1999 after a friend recommended them to me. He bought there in the mid 80's and early 90's. We've both been satisfied. They have done good work for me with honest information.
0 broncosguy711
that is good to hear, makes it a little easier. Did you buy new or used?
0 Hookmaster
I bought new. If you're still concerned have them do a compression check on the cylinders and pressure check on lower unit. What year, make and size motor? 2-stroke or 4?

0 Swimmer
Hannays moved from the Central Ave location. They are now at the old Hitchin Post on "Old HWY 88" between St. Anthony Boulevard and the "Quarry" (Target, Home Depot, ect.). Get off on the Stinson exit from 35W and go Northeast on 88 for a mile or so.
