thermacell repelant

has anyone used this thermacell misquito repelant device?

was woundering if it works as good as they say.

I also wonder if they are all that they advertise them to be?

They do were very well. But the radius that they work in is limited. I would say for an average boat you would need two.

We used one camping a while back and it helped right around the picknick table, but the smell got to me after a while so I shut it off.

I have one, works great!

I've not noticed a smell. Haven't used on the boat, but will next time I'm out!

it could be because I was sitting right next to it, LOL. Just smelled like bug repellent.
