Hellhound

It is a great lure, just not so great on the hook-ups (for me anyhow). I have had fish chase this bait down and t-bone the thing, but I can't seem to get hooks in them??? I can get the hound to do things many other gliders can't. The up-down-side to side and wide glide make this bait seem very distressed. Great triggering effects. For colors, I would go with the shad or cisco patterns.

For clear water I like to use natural patterns (I generally favor perch). Drifter's Glitter Walleye pattern simply rocks! If I were to buy one that would be it.

If you can convince yourself to buy two, I have also had some success with HOT colors on sunny days in clear water.

You need to get a Hellhound or 2!!! I love the baits, in fact I was getting the tackle ready this past weekend, and I counted 11 in my box, I think I have a problem..lol

Also, Luke, I'll make sure to send pics of all fish cuaght on the ones you painted for me! Hit me up, and let get out on the water this year!

OK, with all the buzz I had to go and pick one up. Sportsman's Warehouse in St Cloud carries a pretty decent selection and I decided on the Cisco pattern.

It will be the first thing I throw on Saturday. If I do not catch anything, I can blame you guys right? LOL
