Here's a couple of Pelican photos that I shot last week. Lighting was very harsh at around noon when I took these, but I think they work...

Tom, I like that second one especially. The action, of course, makes it, but the light is more even on the bird's back and that means less shadow. Good work. These also show more color saturation than I've seen on some of your more recent work, and I think these are saturated just right.
