0 jbell1981
I am not looking for someone to refinance right now. I would just like ballpark figures or percentages of what it will cost.
0 CorynTracySellHomes
Hey Josh!Jon was meeting at one of my clients home to go through the mortgage process, that is why he was not able to respond as quickly as he normally does! Being in real estate I am bombarded my lenders trying to get my buisness. Jon has EARNED my buisness! He has exceptional customer service with VERY competitive rates! PLUS, for a muskie guy, he is a lot of fun to work with!Yours in service,Cory Frantzick
0 jbell1981
Please do not bombard me with emails on why I should work with you. In less than an hour I have received 3 emails from one person. 2 from another, and several others. So obviously posting my email was a bad decision. I just wanted general information for a general question.
0 Random guy
Hey Josh. I apologize for some of the aggressive nature that is thrown onto clients by the mortgage industry; it is getting ugly for the ones that work off of sheer volume. Offer a good service and treat clients with respect and you will stay as busy as you want to. If you really want crazy do one of those online mortgage applications. I did one just to be funny and see what would happen. 37 phone calls in two hours, the funny ran out after #20. You call me when you have time and I'll help ya out.
