was out this morning for a few hours on the St.Louis river near Forbes.....the red-horse(short-heads) suckers were congregating at the base of the dam in the swift water....just fun catching these guys! ...all were released today...next batch may be made into fish patties ...jonny

I remember going up and fishing these behind the Monticello Nuke Plant about 15 years ago. Dad and I would fish them things until our arms were too sore to keep fishing. Good Times!
