Trouble with my Lowrance x91

perchking

Question

I hope this is a easy fix or if someone had this issue any comments are appreciated. I have a lowrance x91 and for the past year it has worked fine. On my last outting on Lake Superior of some Cohos the unit went dead. I figured it was a fuse and I replaced it and everything is working fine but the depth. My Temp, Speed, and Distance are fine but my dept continues to just blink "0.0". I have reset the unit to factory default, rechecked the fuse, and even ran it in simulation mode and all were fine. My transducer (20 degree) looks fine and it doesn't appear that it rattled loose. However it was an extremely bumpy ride to get to my favorite spot. I have tried to call Lowrance for 3 days now and I get a busy signal, also sent an email with no responses yet.

Hope you all can help this walleye season is way to close to start dealing with these issues.

Thanks,

Greg

The cable is fine, I have checked it over and over. What is up with Lowrance after this I am going to think a little more before buying their products. Now dont get me wrong they have a great line-up but their customer service is horrible.

OK I just checked the cable again and it is fine, if it wasn't fine the temp sensor woulnt' work correctly correct? It runs through the same line.
