I've thought about putting a 25 on a 16 ft boat. How well does the 25 push it around?

You are taxing my memory but I'll would say it is about 25 GPS and I loose a mile an hour per passenger.

I have the same boat with 25hp also, I got it up to 26 mph on a calm day with myself[180lbs] only in the boat. Three guys it does20-22 mph.
