Not much detail untill zoomed in quite abit. Then you don't know where you are or what structure is near.

My opinion is to get a lowrance with a lakemaster chip. It's so much better it isn't funny. Thats what I ended up doing.

Benny- I have the legend C with lakemaster and U.S. recreational hot spots software for it. The only complaint I have about it is the screen size. It would be nice to have a larger one like the h2o. If you would like you are welcome to come over and check it out. Where in Coon Rapids do you live?

I am also upgrading to the H2O and the new lakemaster chip if I like it. I might get the other chip with more lakes but we will see.

I liked my legend but not a big screen and I thought it was very slow to zoom in and stuff.

I have one but dropped er in the drink about 30 foot down a couple weeks ago. Still is a bit damp in there so I haven't fired up to see if it works yet.

I did drill a couple holes to get most water out and have her on the vent to dry, still a bit of condensation I can see so i will keep waiting and see if it works again!

I have found some good deals online for the h2O though, about $140.
