The signing of Brees by the Saints could be interesting for the draft.

Houston signed Carr, New Orleans signed Brees, maybe the QB's are going to fall a little in the draft. Still have teams that need QB's and maybe they will be selected to be backups but doesn't look like Lineart, Cutler and Young are in as much demand as a few weeks ago.

If the Saints don't go QB now with the Brees signing I'd be willing to be that Linehart would go to the Titans followed by Young to the Jets. Either way I don't think one of those 2 will freefall the way Rogers did last year. I'd be willing to bet that Young wouldn't last past Oakland at #7. Cutler I think will still be drafted where he is being projected, which ranges anywheres from 7 on down.

Down to Earth, I think you are right on the money with your thinking. I'd bet that the Cardinals pick which ever QB is left out of the 3 and maybe the Lions jump on one even though the just signed Kitna. I still wish that Veron Davis would slip to us, But they are saying Cards or Rams for him. I would say we look at a LB with our pick and maybe a QB in the 2nd rd.
