Color not working on an FL-8

Anyone ever have one or two of the colors stop working on a Vexilar FL-8? Last night, the red and orange color stopped working on my FL-8. The green worked well enough to keep me fishing for a while. I did turn off the unit for a while and the colors came back very lightly. By the way, I felt like I had returned to the stone age without the FL-8 on but I did get my largest fish of the night when it was off (18” largemouth). I am charging the battery to see if that was the problem.

I think you're right with the charging thing. I had that happen a few times in the past and it was battery related.

stick is right, I had the same thing. Charging only helped for a short time. Just get a new battery or next time connec to a known good one like you car.
