I Need Bow Advice...PSE Pulsar???

I have been out of Bow Hunting for a awhile...I still bow fish but the deer hunting has been spotty.

A frind of mine has PSE Pulsar he said he will sell for $75. My son wants something to play around with and set up for Bow fishing. Bow has a quiver, sites, dozen old 2117.

Any thoughts?
