running two x-15

I want to put another x-15 on the bow of my boat can i run it off of my existing gps module or do i have to buy another one

I'm running two X-15's now. One on the console and the other on the bow. When I was looking into set-up they indicated you could split the antenna but both units had to be on even if you only wanted to use one of them. So I went with separate entenna's, this has worked great for me.

Yup yup. What chips are you guys using in your 15's. The new Navionics Premium North chip I got dont work in them.

I'm running Navionics (HM278XL) and Lake Master (lowrance) for $99.00 in both units. I like the LM chip the best.
