Ice house catch covers

Dose anyone know if any company makes a smaller catch cover for an Ice House? The only ones I see are like 12 inches in diameter. I need one that's 10 inches or less.

You will want them to be 12" so that you have some play when drilling the holes. I wouldn't want any smaller myself. Even with a smaller auger it is nice to have some room. If you want smaller you will probably have to figure out a way to make them. As far as I know there isn't anyone that makes smaller ones.

I agree with "iffwalleyes", I wouldn't want mine any smaller.

12" hole and an 8" auger gives you a 2" to work with on all sides while augering a hole.

Yes, I agree but I have a Ice house that I want to put two more holes in, one in each corner but the cross member will only allow me to put a catch cover in that's less than 12 inches. I have 11 inches between the cross members. So you say nobody you know of makes a smaller catch cover. Do I have any other options that would still look neat and be functional? I don't want it to look like dump and it has to work well.

Look into hatch covers, such as those used in boats. They are square, but you might find something close to the size needed. If you got the ones you wrap in carpet, it would look really good too.
