sakazulu
This is probably way off any topic but have any of you ever had July 4th boat parades that turn in to a water fight? You know, super soakers, water balloons and the dangerous prop wash with the outboard? Have any of you ever come back the following year with the ultimate "on board" solution to reign supreme in this inevitable combat?I'm talking 12 volt powered and pumped, hand held and bow mounted water toys capable of producing 30 foot distance and/or large soaking of pontoons! Absolutely nothing that would cause any damage or pain. Just for bragging rights and innovation. The search of the internet, so far, just doesn't yield the kind of low impact results that one could still remain friends with your fellow lakesore cabin owners. JigginStick123
We use a Blaster Shurflo mounted in a battery box and a lawnmower battery to pump water 30 feet to our campsite in canada. After going up the bank and through the 30' hose there is still tons of pressure and the distance you would need to soak some neighbors. I have pics and directions if you are interested. Depending if parts are available locally for you it will cost +/- $125.00. If you do any remote camping this is a very nice item to have, weve added a cartridge filtration system and the water isn't pure by no means but fine for rustic showers and dishes. Email me at weberkyl at uwec.edu for more info.

river rat316
Mines better I have a 115 outboard with a jet lower unit, I can tilt the motor and completely douse anything within 50-100 yards of me, its the best thing in the world when someones rushing you at the boat ramp and not giving you room to manuever on the trailer
katoguy
sakazulu, do a search for Escape Watercraft. They make what is called a fun boat with a built in super soaker. They also have a water cannon and water baloon launcher.Kinda cool video on their HSOforum, too.
Hillbiehle
I used to be a part of a poker run and simply began as water balloons and super soakers. Each year people began getting more creative (even dressing as pirates); People began installing gas powered fire hoses. Funny then but it began getting out of hand. In the shallow bays the intake on the fire hoses etc was sucking rocks and people were getting hurt. I haven't been back..much too crazy, and from what I hear, water fights began turning into fist fights....not my idea of fun.
1luckydad
This all reminds me of something my mom used to say. "It's all fun and games till someone loses an eye."
