I have dial-up so I won't even try and watch the movie.

Being prepared for the worse is a given but being physical fit enough to get your butt out of the water and onto the ice is something else to be considered. Meaning don't put yourself into a situation you can't get out of.

I've been dunked into cold water and popped out just as fast more then once but as age starts to get up there your not a nimble as you think. At this time in my life its not me I worry about its the young kids and sometimes older folk I take with me. Being entombed in a truck with passengers is the last thing I want to happen. If theres any doubt at all, play it safe and walk out. The exercise won't kill you.

excellent video!!! I have dial up and still watched it!! takes a little while to load, but does work. he has alot of very good information to share in that video!! I just hope I can remember it if I ever take a cold bath
