How Long for 1 lbs Cylinder??

I'm walking out tomorrow on the ice and don't really care to drag my 20 lbs tank out. Does anyone know how long could I could expect a 1 lbs cylinder to burn with a Mr. Heater Cooker turned up on high??

Yep...that's all I get when I use a 1#er. Maybe a little longer if I keep it on low all the time.

I've averaged 3 hours per 1 lb canister on medium heat. That's about all the heat output I've needed so this year far in my Otter Cabin.

have you thought aboot getting a 5lb tank? they are pretty handy to have!

Only have hauled the Cabin out by hand once by myself for a quarter mile or so to my spot. Wasn't that bad, but took enough to let me know that I need to think about every pound I toss into the sled. It's a big enough tub to encourage that "might-as-well-bring-it-along" attitude, and have done enough canoe portaging to know how dangerous that can be. Bought a case of pounders a ways back and it worked out to around $1.66 each. Maybe shoulda bought a few more cases. But I'm spending less on heat than bait, so not too concerned.

I get about 4 hours on low and maybe 3 on medium. I hardly ever use med or high.
