golden eye

I shot a really good looking male golden eye and i was wondering if any body could refer me to a few taxedermists to bring it to. thnx for any help

Jack Hanson in coon rapids does the best ducks in the country. Between my brothers and my Dad we have probably had 40 ducks done and the ones he does are by far the best. The most realistic flying ducks you will ever see.I don't have his number, but if you want I can get it for you.

Jack is a relative of mine. Kind of nice to have a taxidermist in the family. I just got my turkey tail back from him and he's working on a URL crappie for me as well. His ducks are absolutely awesome!

[Sartell Angler]

I got a drake goldeneye mounted from last season by Jerry Froelich at Flyway Taxidermy in Sartell...he just relocated to St. Cloud. The thing turned out incredible which was what I expected since he specializes in waterfowl and gets nothing but rave reviews. He also did all the waterfowl mounts for the "new" Scheels store at Crossroads in st. cloud.

I'll post up a pic when I get my film back and scan it onto the computer...need a digital camera.

Hanson, we probably paid a whole years sallary for him when we came back from Alaska duck hunting. My Dad's cabin looks like his showroom. Love his work, especially the ducks. I am still trying to buy that drake barrows golden eye he won the award with...he wouldn't give it up.
