Tree-Lounge climber stand

I have one of these and love it. I often wonder why they are not more popular? Anyone have any thoughts?

They are pretty big and heavy also they are not available from Cabelas or Bass pro. A friend of mine has one and he says it is the most comfortable stand he has ever tried.

They make me fall asleep. Sleep is for beds. Hard to shoot a bow out of, also.
