Outboard Motor repair

Can anyone recommend a great outboard mechanic/shop? I have a 18 hp merc in need of lots of TLC since the former owner left it sitting for 6 years. It has spark but the water pump does not work. There is no rush to get it fixed and of course a reasonable price for repairs and parts is important. Any location in the twin cities's or north of the tc's is ok.

Whoops, PierBridge, I don't think you'll find many 18hp fuel injected motors out there....

Anyway I know of a guy that works for a LARGE dealership chain and does work at home, but it's south of MPLS near Faribault, email me if interested.

What year motor it is? Most major repair shops won't work on older motors. I had a 1980 Merc fixed by Northern Outboard in Blaine two years ago, he works out of his house and his specialty is older Merc's and Mariners.
