Docks...

So you have a dock..When do you pull your dock up on the bank? For us who fish docks it seems a lot of them hit the shore as soon as the holiday comes and goes but some are out there till ice. Is this by choice?

We're most likely pulling ours next weekend up at the cabin. We would like to keep them in later because we will still be fishing but it's when we have the help so that makes it easier. We may keep the main section and the lighter boat lift in a little longer because that is easier to pull with only a couple people.

We pull all 15 of our docks in after MEA weekend. We usually have ice in the bay shortly after.

I see the docks are really getting yanked up this weekend. That pattern will soon be gone for the year..

Bobby-if you want you can hit ours on Nebagamon it will be in till the end of the week. Otherwise too many other things to take care of then wonering how late we can keep it in till freeze up.

pulled the dock out at the cabin this weekend. just wanted it over with. still in at my home. i will be givin it another week or so - for me its more when i have help then when i want it off. last year waited till nov. 17 - will not be that late ever again.....
