Rain, Rain, Rain - Waiting for that cooler weather

Man did it rain last night for a while - not sure how much we got - but I'm pretty sure we have enough now.

Washed up all the hunting clothes last night, waiting and getting ready to get out hunting tonight or Thursday moorning. Drove to work this morning and the truck read 74 degrees still, certainly the front hasn't moved through yet.

I'll be on stand Thursday morning - hopefully the action will be in the woods.

We're getting snow up here in the great NW!!! Lot's of wind too!!

Supposed to cool of real nice starting tomorrow and at least through the weekend. I know where I'll be!

I usually wait till october to archery hunt deers but this year with all the rain and the warm weather, I just can't get out and see deer moving anymore. Guess I'm gonna wait another week and see if the weather change. Maybe this week my brother and I might head up north. The weather seems pretty good up there. Well, good luck guys.

6:55 am on Thursday - downed this doe. 15 yard shot - deer went about 100 yards or so.
