I like Jr. and DEI, amongst some others, but I don't make insults when backed into a corner. It's fun to have a little jab here and there about each other's favorite drivers, and I expect it back, but when it comes to personal attacks and insults....that's uncalled for. Learn how to debate and poke some fun, otherwise you shouldn't be here. Remember, it's supposed to be fun!

If you can dish it out, expect to get fed once in a while too.

Yes! That had to be the silver lining of that race. I had to laugh when they showed him crab-walking his car across the finish line. He made it all the way to the last lap and had to finish. I thought it was great.

It must be my rose colored glasses that makes me see things fairly. I see many people here talk trash here about one team and say how great theirs is, and that's great, that's part of the fun. My problem starts when the shoe is on the other foot some of these people can't see it and still think the other team is cheating or at fault.

I've made it very clear here that I am not a Hendrick fan, or a DEI fan. I don't like any Chevy team, heck I don't even like chevy,( but I drive one to work everyday). I'm a Roush/Ford fan and have been since 1985 with Bill Elliot and the T-bird.

Lmitout is right on one thing, this is supposed to be fun. Lets all try to keep it that way and see things the way they really are, totally biased towards Dodge and Toyota!!

I get a kick out of reading the posts about the Jr.fans-DEI and the Hendrick gang,Ill bet this same thing will be going on in a year.Jr. is pretty good,but not that good and the other one has a lot to learn yet before he is the racer he thinks he is,always to much crying.He always thinks someone did him wrong.

I don't always defend Hendrick, I really don't like them either cuz Jeffy took all those championships away from Martin, but I will give credit where credit is due.

DEI had the plate tracks figured out for awhile. Cheating or not (we will never know because they didn't get caught) they owned them. Period. Times have changed now and this is a cyclical sport. Your king for awhile then your slipping in the new kings [PoorWordUsage] for awhile. Roush was good, then sucked for several years and now they are good again.

I bet next time that DEI comes around the circle I won't have the same feelings as I do now. Theres nothing like a trip to the bottom to teach someone a little humility.

When I first started watching nascar the reason I liked 24 is because I couldn't figure out why he was getting booed at tracks and people had a general dislike for him. (F-A-G stickers etc.)

I don't particularily dislike JR I just don't like his fans. I want to see them miserable. Its not that I Dislike them as people, just as fans. They are just so blind.

Waltrip on the otherhand I do dislike. He just seems so fake. What some may call "good with the sponsors" i find really annoying. When I see someone interviewed, the purpose of the interview is to get the perpective from someone involved. Not to see how fast and how many sponsors names you can spew out of your mouth before they cut away.

As for Truex, he's fine.

Some of you DEI fans seem to quick to whine about always being picked on. DEI "haters" have merely been pointing out the facts. As Saul Leftwich (carl gerbschmidt) would say, "Your team is terrible". DEI fans's come back is..... your guys are cheaters/gay/ugly/whiners/wreck causers/blamers. Take a look at whats really going on, on the track.

Actually, everyone, even you DEI fans must think your team stinks. Sure they've made improvements, but i still think the 5/25 team stinks. Vickers "clearly" takes out Bliss at the finish at Charlotte to get into the challenge. Wonderboy sends the Purple Barney car into the wall at Martinsville, during the last restart at Darlington Gordon sends Edwards into the wall shall I go on???

If the shocks were legal why were the confiscated? If Harvick had used them he woud have been stripped of his position.

Every driver thanks their sponsors,, get real. Mikey may go a bit overboard but isnt DW too. I think he provides alot of enthusiasm and humor. Like on INC him and Schrader are hilarious. Hes the clown prince of Nascar. As far as being terrible, How many two car teams are in the chase?? I think Hendrick pardon me Hackrick is just as bad with 4+ cars and only 1 in the chase.

The car is still mostly blue and silver and the numbers have always been the same color. They just added a black area in the middle and re did a bunch of the lines.

Get back on the meds Bill, you are obviously having delusions if you think that car looks like the 17...

lawdog is correct....they added some black to the car because he liked Jr's MLB promo paint so much. JUST KIDDING!! I saw the artist renderings and there will be more black on the car. Nice to see them change it up a little.....wish more cars did the same to keep it fresh and new.

Not to beat the DEI drum but since the topic got skewed to paint schemes, Truex's candy-apple red BPS Cup car is one sweet looking racecar. One of the better ones out there, IMO. A litte different from your typical whites, blacks, reds, and blues now.

It is a real pretty color, but they could have done a lot more with the paint scheme. Its just the exact same E stripes that all the DEI cars have, nothing original about that.
