43" and My first 50!!

Fish hit on a creeper in 3' of water, just as it got dark. We had another fish blow up about 20 minutes later. They are puttin on the feed bags....I'm off to find her older sister.

Here is my first 50, 7:15 am on 9/20. Three feet of water.

Nice Fish setterguy!!! If it's the same lake you mentioned that you got the 43 on in the prior post, I think I've seen her in there!!! And her bigger sister too!!!

Thanks guys, she was a real nice fish, I wish I could have gotten a better picture of her but she was seeming a little stressed, so I wanted to get her back in the water asap. Interesting tidbit on that fish, while in the boat she took a little dookie on the floor, when my pop was washing it out later he noticed feathers in it....look out coots!!!

I've always thought those walking-the-dog surface lures reminded me more of waterfowl chicks scrambling around than anyting else, unless it's a disoriented bullfrog.

Nice fish Setter!!!! This is really weird, the exact same time on the same day in water depth of 4 feet instead of 3, on a lake in a completely different part of the state I boated my first fish over 50 also 52 to be exact on a Bucher Slopmaster Buzzbait. I posted pics of her in the photo board post on page 10 I believe. I just thought it was kind of ironic when I saw the date, time, and size of your's.
