Blind for archery hunting

What's your favorite brand/style of blind to archery hunt from? What gives the most comfortable shot? My dad has a double bull IP-5 or something very similar. I've never bow hunted from it but I think the windows might be a little small? From those that have hunted bow from them what are your thoughts? should I go with something like the Matrix? Or are there cheaper ones out there that will be great for archery? I'm open to all suggestions.

Gus,

the matrix gives you a 360 degrees of veiwing and shooting oppertunities if needed, I don't care what Ameristep, Extreme or any other knock offs say, they don't offer that.

It comes standard with one roof zipper, easy access door opening,5'x5' floor space, 6'4" shooting diameter,5'8" roof height, 4 silent "broken arrow ports",change your wall tension, infinitely adjustable window system, Brown or Green Predator Deception camo, the choice is yours.

This is a sweet blind, you can have two people sitting in there at the same time and still have room to shoot.

Color doesn't matter, green looks great in the spring and will brush in very nice in the fall and winter. Brown works great in the fall and winter and will take plenty of turkeys in the spring.

It is well worth your money spent.

I own and have hunted out of my Double Bull blind for the last 4 years and they are quality built, the only problem I have with it the viewing windows are rather small and have thought of cutting the openings a little bigger so you can see and have a bigger port to shoot out of.I just got a new blind from cabelas, a lighting set 4 season blind and set it up and this blind has great viewing ports and much more room to shoot out of.It measures 75x75x 78 and weighs only14 pounds. It sets up very easy, maybe just not as much quality as the D.B.blind,but is is also only half the money. It looks like it will be a great addition to my arsenal.

When shooting from a blind, do you guys kneel for your shot or do you try to stand as comfortably as possible? I am 6'1" and have noticed that the couple blinds I've stood in seem short and I don't know if I could shoot form a kneeling position.

Your thoughts? I'd like to do deer and turkeys from a blind.

I have an Ameristep blind that I have used a few times. I can be nice when the wind is really blowing to help keep you warm. For bowhunting I like to be on the ground. You can set up anywhere without having to worry for that perfect tree. I have made a few ground blinds the past couple years that work quite well. I just pound a couple two by twos in the ground near a tree and weave dead branches and grass together to make the sides. It is practically free and works quite well.
