Right now, clearly Penske is better. They have two teams in the championship hunt to none for DEI.

As to the drivers, I'd say Busch, Newman, Jr. then Truax. And that hurts me because I detest that Kurt Busch guy.

Of course none of the above hold a candle to the 24 team or its driver!!!!

Penske....hand down. Penske has been in the racing game for many more years and has plenty of finacial and engineering backing. Now if you want to compare apples to apples you'd have to pick two teams that have been in the sport for about the same amout of time

DEI vs. Evernham....they have both been in about the same amount of time, each running two full time teams with 3rd team in the works or running part time.
