Bass Magazines

I have been considering ordering a subscription to a bass magazine. Wondering what the feedback from some subscribers is. All things are considered, frequency of publication, price, information, and how that information translates to midwest bass. Looking forward to the responses.

by far in my opinion. Bassmasters!... However the information you can get right here on FM is just as good if not better as it deals with our fishing here in Minnesota. Make sure you check out the main page often as they put up new article monthly. Many by Fishing Minnesota prostaff, and many by other pros in the state.. there is a great article on the main page right now by Scott Bonnema.

Click here to see that article

Otherwise, Bassin Mag isn't bad. Midwest outdoors is good also but fewer bass articles. InFisherman is good, but again , less bass articles.

Well, I've had just about every fishing magazine you can have at some point(f&s,bassin, bassmaster,NAFC,OutdoorLife,Minnesota Sportsman, Outdoors Weekly, I think there were a few others.) As far as Midwest bass fishing the info is usually bad in the bass mags, mostly stuff on fishing resevoirs, but it's still useful. I preferred Bassin for, but even though I am mainly a bass fisherman I gave up on the bass mags. Mostly the same stuff youve read after a few years. Now I just have a couple of subs for other mags, but that was my preference. Good Luck
