The Yeti
Concerning toppers. The newer Chevy's have that wide tailgate cap. It's nice, but have you found that you need to take that one off, and just put a standard cap on in order to have a topper shut all the way? 0 catman71
yes you will need a new cap. Radco did my topper and had it already priced in.
0 lawdog
Yep, Radco did mine too. The tail gate protector is $29 extra and it is a necessity for putting on a topper.
0 Gus
You guys mind throwing out some Min and Max prices for toppers that you found while shopping? Also, anyone know if there is any kind of topper that would let you keep your access roll up cover in place (rolled up) and still drop the topper on? I don't think the side rails would be an issue with any topper because the access cover is on the inside of the rails, but the rail next to the cab is where the access is on top of the rail. Just curious I guess.
0 catman71
I have a 5 and 1/2 foot box (crew cab 1/2 ton) I priced around and evryone started at 949 or 1000. some charged extra for install and 20-25 bucks extra for the tailgate cap. As far as MAX prices go, I saw a few over 1500. I just got the base model.
