Ney WMA is in zone 338. I turkey hunted in this spot during the spring. Just to let you know, if turkey hunting is any indication, I bet this place will get a lot of hunting pressure in the fall deer hunt.

It is a very nice spot though. I will be bow hunting there for sure.

I'll keep in touch about the hunting area for you. Let me know if you're ever interested in trying some other types of hunting. I only know of a few spots, never had a lot of luck, but I always end up going alone too.

You're on primrose ln huh?!? Do you live at FOuntain Place apts? I'm a firefighter in EP and I know the area.

yes sir i live in thos apartments fountain place. work for a 24 hour jewlery television show wont say the name out of respect for this forum its located here on shady oak road work security here so what type of hunting do you do. I want to pick up bow hunting less pressure, less lead flying around and i guess better opportunities you can go out to any patch of land and hunt with a bow. but never in my life even seen a bow up close ha ha. ive hunted rum river state forest for deer and never been let down once you get in the woods you rarely see anyone but you do hear a lot of gunshots and you see lots of deer taken out plus its intensive harvest. beside that i have NEVER been turkey, duck, goose, bear, pheaseant, hunting here in minnesota. ive hunted dove in texas but its been since i think like 97 since i last hunted dove. i usually go with my dad and one of his friends EASIER TO CARRY OUT DEER lol and this year my 12 yr old brother is getting his hunters safety education and will be hopefully going with us deer hunting. what do you hunt and how has your luck been

In order of importance to me.....I hunt deer, waterfowl, pheasant, turkey, grouse and other small mammels.

But like I said, I usually go alone and have taught myself everything I use for hunting. That being said, I didn't kill a single animal during a hunting season last year. I shot pheasants and ducks on a game farm with my boss, but thats it.

I'll keep trying though.

PS, I hope you don't live in the building that had a flooding problem on sunday.

no, didnt even know there was flooding je je... i work nights sleep days,,,vampire,,, you should try deer hunting up where i go its public land you see quite a few vehicles out there but once you get in the brush you rarely see anyone hunted it the last two years. first year me and my dad shot 3 does on opening weekend. this past year I shot a small 4 pointer, my dad a doe and my friend a 10 point monster wow and he shot this huge buck the 2nd weekend this is an intensive harvest where you would be able to take up to 5 deer. (i Have no need to) but some people might. [email protected] if you need directions or point out where its at its about a 1 and half hour drive. you know i have never been duck/geese/pheasant hunting if you ever need a partner on weekends let me know you can teach me what you can on hunting different types of waterfowl and all the good stuff. thanks [email protected]
