The bloomington Gander is closing, so if oyu want stuff cheap everthing is about 20% off.

Yeah, the Woodbury store is moving and selling off everything, also. Most stuff is 20-30 percent off with a few 40 or 50 percents. Its pretty picked over though its been going on for over a month.

Yeah, I overheard some employees talking about it a few weeks ago. But they all played dumb when I asked about it. I guess we just lost another baitstore option. It's really tough to find bait in the SW Mpls/metro area. We've lost 4 bait stores in the last 4 years. Basically we're down to the Spur station in Bloomington & the Bryn Mawr gas station on the northside. I catch a lot of bait out of the creek for catfishing, but sometimes I need to make a quick trip for suckers or fatheads & it's really inconvenient. We need a quality bait shop near SW Mpls. - Vern

Well you can trap your own fatheads pretty easy, and after a rain worming works very well. That might be the next step because it does seem we are losing alot more bait stores than gaining them. All the big stores are taking out the smaller stores in the cities.

I know of a new bait store opening on September 1st in S. Mpls. I'm not sure of the name yet. I'll find out more info & let you know. It will be off of Lyndale next to the Hostess bakery outlet in a strip center.

Are they moving to a new location in Bloomington? or are they downsizing all together. When do they officially close? TIA

They'll just relocate it
