Mark Christianson
I have a resizer program that I got off the web.You can do anything you want for resizing. All the way from the tiny avatars up to mongo pictures. Do a google search on resizer.exe. You should find it.
dwag70
Big did the search but did not come up with anything... Is this a windows thing or a program you downloaded !!!!If it is downloaed what is the name
AWH
Assuming that you have Windows, you should have a program called Paint. Simply bring your picture up on your computer and right click edit. It may take you directly to Paint or you may have to choose that option. Once there, go under Image and then Stretch/Skew. You'll use Stretch only, forget about Skew. Under Stretch it should say 100% for both horizontal and vertical. This is how you downsize. Simply use a lower percentage (identical on both; so 30% and 30%, for example) for both and save it. This is all there is to it. Hope that helps. Nice fish, by the way!Aaron

Mark Christianson
The image resizer is pretty sweet. This one is for XP usersGo to google and type Powertoys image resizer. It will open a page with several "power toys". Download the image resizer. You right click an image you have open and resize from there. VERY fast and easy.No MS Paint to open and deal with.Either way works I guess.
