Difference between FL8 and FL8-SLT

I know the difference between the FL8 and FL18, what I cannot figure out is what the difference between the FL8, FL8SE and FL8SLT. Also, what is a fair price for a 1yr used SLT Value Pack?

Don't quote me on this, but I think the new fl-8s have the same bright color display as the fl-18. I think....??

I just bought my old man the new FL-8 SLT for X-Mas and wow is that screen bright. I believe the FL-18 has the bottom 6 foot zoom on it as well. For the extra $100 for the FL-18, I can catch and see plenty of fish with my FL-8. Either one is a great unit as well as the Marcum's.

I know on the FL8SLT there is a battery indicator that I believe is not on the FL8 if I remember correctly as we just bought one in December. The only difference in color from what we were told was between last years models and this years, the colors being brighter on this years models, to me this didn't matter. As far as a price, we bought a 1yr old used FL8SLT this year for around $260 I believe. Try Prince Bait in Milaca, they're pretty reasonably priced and will help you with everything from how to use it to all the technicals. I'd call them in advance to see if they have any used ones in however. They only had maybe 2-3 used ones left when we were there. Don't know if they've had trade-ins lately!
