Public Boat Landings?

Do public boat landings have an actual address? If not, I think that it would be much easier to find a lake if you had an actual address by using mapquest or other mapping websites.

No address that I know of.

Use the DNR lakefinder on their HSOforum. Maps of lakes, launches and descriptions of the location(s).

There are some other sources that give you accurate landing locations...that large "Atlas and Gazeteer" book that you find some places has pretty accurate boat landing locations.

Mn. DNR HSOforum has a listing of public fishing peiers and if it has an access or not. I am not sure if it will help you much but it did me for what i was looking for. it is more for the metro area. here is a link hope it works for you. Good luck.

The reason that I ask is that some of the smaller lakes are pretty tough to find down some of the county roads.
