I heard this was a decent bass lake. I was wondering if anyone could back this up. Also wondering about any resorts or camp sites on the lake. Looking to head up mid July. Thanks.

As for the lake you have mentioned.. I have never fished it. I just looked at the Topo of it from the DNR HSOforum and it looks like a fun lake to fish.. I may have to put it on the "to do" list!

As for resorts and campgrouds.. hopefully one of our FM faithfull will be able to answer that question for you.

My family camped there last year... I didnt go... cause I dont like hanging around em for the whole weekend... then I looked at the DNR info on the lake and realized I screwed up by not goin. We are goin back this summre though so Ill let yall know then!

I think I posted this in the Brainerd forum, But if you do go to Ossie, remember that the lake is infested with Zebra Mussles so make sure to clean your boat and trailer completely before you go to another lake.
