I just wanted to let all you Minnesotan's how lucky you are to have such a great community to share fishing with. I have always liked this site. And almost a daily user. But I really miss it now that I have moved to Wisconsin. I have tried a few Wisconsin area sites and they don't even come close. I assumed that most sites like F.M. promotes selective harvest and sportsmanlike ethics. But this is not the case with other sites that I have tried. I can't even post a topic about my opinions about selective harvest without it getting erased. I consider myself a part of the FishingMinnesota family and have meet a lot of great people because of this site. I will continue to visit, and contribute on this site even know that I am in Wisconsin now, It is the best, and urge you to not take it for granted. Keep up the good work FishingMinnesota administration and members!

The site may be called FishingMinnesota.com, however it reaches much farther than that! We have prostaff from the dakotas, wisconsin, New York, Iowa, Illinois and Canada.. and probably many more that I cant think of. FishingMinneosta is a name, but we are nationwide.

Andy J, you may be from Wisconsin.. but you are still a member of FM!!! and will always be welcome here, even if you move to TimBuckTwo!

The fishing has been pretty good, a lot of Sunfish, most on the small side and a good number of Northerns with a few nice ones. Surprized by how many guys icefish down here. It is hard to say for sure but seems to be a lot of catch and keep guys in this area. Oh well, I will just have to bite my lip.

A friend who frequents one of the "other" sites just e-mailed me and said his "home" was pretty hot tonight at 7:48 with 86 people viewing the forums. At the same time had a mere 481 doing the same thing.

Numbers say a lot Andy. People coming to FM looking for a place to call "home" say something as well. Welcome home!

Northlander, I hear ya, maybe I might have to come up around opener and fish the river with ya. I got to learn some of your secrets. Captain, I do miss Minnesota, the fishing has been decent down hear but, the fishing sites my area are weak.
