Try going to www.afreeimagehost.com and set up a free account... then all you do is upload pictures from your computer (you'll see the upload link) to this site... keep this page open and have the FM site open at the same time....

There will be a URL address (the top one) that references your picture and a copy button to the right of this, hit copy, then go to the FM site and reply to whomever and click "Image" and hit your right click on your mouse and "paste" ... waaalaaah you have artwork, not paperclips.
