Heard a rumor that a truck went in- last weekend.Anyone know if this is true and if so- where on the lake did it happen?

No clue about the truck falling in but I have heard that there is open water by school bus point, by one of the ice heeves!!! So everyone should be careful from now, to open water not everything is safe anymore!!!

I just spoke to a buddy that was up there last weekend. I guess 4 kids from Omaha tried to cross the ice heave and ended up with the front of the truck in a whole. I dont think anyone actually went down.

I was there when it happened. It was east of school bus point at the heave. they got it out while I was still there. by the way, the fishing sucked there last saturday.

Four guys from Iowa dropped their truck in Friday and they pulled it out Saturday morning. It was on the news Friday night and we seen them pull it out Saturday. There was another truck setting east of there with the back end dropped in.

Don't guess I'll be going today. My son lives in apartment and as usual he can't get out of bed. Anyway he is two hours late now and I'm not gonna go this late in the day. I hope to meet some of you guys sometime.
