8' X 8' permanent fishing house. House can be taken apart in less than 10 minutes. It is held together with 20 41/2" bolts with the nuts mounted to stay in place. All that is required is a drill with a socket.

It is insulated with pink insulation. The skin of the house is aluminum printers press sheets.

The house has 11/2' x 8' windows located so you can sit in a lawn chair and look all around. It has four holes cut into the floor. One in each corner. It is made out of ripped 2" x 4" for the walls and 2" x 4"s for the floor. House is solid and has plenty of room to fish out of.

We are going to build one a little smaller since I do most of the moving and hauling myself.

Just wondering how you transport this house when it is torn down? I was thinking about making one next year kind of like this one, but the walls would fold in half making it easier to deal with when moving it around.

I transport it on a 2 sled trailer to the house. I then tear it down and place the "parts" in the garage. They fit nicely up against a wall in the garage. I place the floor in the backyard. The roof needs two people since it is 6 1/2' up.

It takes no time at all and is easy to store.
